Gehl heeft een lijn compacte grondverzetmachines die volledig in Amerika worden ontwikkeld, gebouwd en verdeeld.

Troost Machinehandel is sinds een aantal jaren verkooppunt voor deze machines en vervult deze rol met gepast succes.

Binnen Troost Machinehandel worden vooral Gehl schrankladers verkocht aan klanten die werkzaam zijn binnen in zware op- en overslag omstandigheden. De Gehl schrankladers onderscheiden zich door gebruik van zware plaatdelen, motor die voldoen aan de laatste emissie normen en doeltreffende en techniek.

Speciaal voor de haven toepassing hebben we in huis veel ervaring bij het prepareren en klaarmaken van deze machines voor de meest agressieve omgevingen. Dit betekent aanpassingen van chassis ivm aanrij-beveiligingen, aanpassingen en bescherming van elektrisch circuit en aanpassingen van mechanisch bewegende delen.

Naast de extra beschermingen voor de machines wordt ook steeds meer gekeken naar bescherming van de machinist welke met de machine moet werken. Steeds vaker worden deze compacte machines uitgerust met een dichte cabine, eventueel voorzien van verwarming / airconditioning / overdruk systemen etc.
